Seller

The prints and products offered in this site's shop are sold by Chloé Vermeir, reachable via the contact page.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online and securely through Stripe. The order is firm once payment is complete, and confirmed by email.

Delivery

Prints are produced to order. Production and delivery times are indicative and are given at the time of ordering or on request via the contact page.

Right of withdrawal

Photographic prints produced to order according to your specifications (image, size, finish) are goods made to the customer's specification and, as such, are not covered by the right of withdrawal. For other products, you have 14 days from receipt.

Conformity and complaints

If a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact the seller via the contact page for a replacement or a refund. Statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
