Data controller

Chloé Vermeir, reachable via the contact page, is the controller of the personal data processed on this site. The MyBoook platform and its host OVH SAS (France) act as technical processors.

Data processed

• Contact form: name, email, phone if given and message, in order to answer your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual steps).
• Print orders: name, email, delivery address and phone, in order to prepare and ship the order (performance of the contract). Payments are handled by Stripe; no card number is stored on this site.
• Technical data: connection logs and cookies strictly necessary for the site to work.

Retention

Contact messages: 24 months at most. Order data: the statutory accounting retention period (10 years for records).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). Exercise them via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
